What Influences our Mental Health?
There are many factors which influence our mental health.
- 1. Factors in your control
- 2. Factors you’re partially in control of
- 3. Factors out of your control
Often, mental health issues are caused by excessive cycles of worry that we have little control over. You can only change the factors in your control (e.g. health behaviours and ruminating).
There will be examples in the self-care section which are relevant to today’s situation.
